My parcel arrived but it's damaged!

If your parcel has arrived damaged or appears tampered with, please inform the store you purchased the item from immediately as they will need to recommend the best course of action to ensure you get what you paid for.

If you believe this was the result of mishandling, please let us know by clicking the rating link we send out via email after the completion of every delivery.
