How do ratings work?

Every single parcel sent through Shippit's network has the potential to be rated by recipients. We ask recipients to rate their experience after every delivery is completed so we can maintain our high standard of service.

Contrary to popular belief, not everyone loves deliveries as much as we do. Generally, no news is good news in our world - so if you don't hear anything and we don't get a rating, there is no cause for alarm.
