Understanding Shippit Insights

Shippit provides a clear view of your shipping performance through Shippit insights. This reporting and analytics helps you understand your shipping results and trends.

If you have Shippit Plus or Pro users with access to Reporting, you see a brief summary upfront of your shipping data in plain English. Powered by Shippit Intelligence, it's an AI summary of the data in your report. This summary translates the data into natural language to provide a quick snapshot overview.

Viewing your data

The insights reporting page provides a visual breakdown of your shipping activity.

Use this page to monitor:

• Shipment volume: See if your shipments are increasing or decreasing over time.

• Service levels: Track your use of different shipping speeds, such as priority or on-demand services.

• Rate card performance: Review how often you use your own carrier rates versus Shippit's rates.

Accessing insights

To view your data, log in to your Shippit account and navigate to the Insights tab.

These insights are available at both the individual merchant level and the company level for aggregated data.

Advanced insights

If you are looking for deeper analysis, Shippit also offers an advanced reporting package. This includes a richer set of data across more than 250 data points, and deeper analytics across multiple shipping and fulfilment categories.
