Pick & Pack runs on a range of devices to suit different warehouse setups.
Most Bluetooth and RF barcode scanners work with Pick & Pack out of the box — they connect via Bluetooth and act as keyboard input. Zebra TC-series devices (such as the TC22 and TC27) are natively supported and auto-configure on first launch.
A device camera is recommended for picking without a dedicated scanner. Any device with a rear-facing camera can use the built-in camera scanner.
Pick & Pack supports two printer connection methods:
AirPrint / Native printing — connects to any AirPrint-compatible printer on your Wi-Fi network via your device's standard print dialog
Zebra Direct — connects directly to a Zebra label printer over Wi-Fi using its IP address and port, without needing AirPrint. Useful for Zebra ZD-series and similar label printers
Configure your printer in Settings → Devices → Printer. If no printer is configured, labels can be viewed as a PDF on the device.
