Pick & Pack lets you filter which orders appear in your queue, then sort them using multiple criteria, applied in priority order. The queue re-sorts automatically on every refresh; no manual trigger needed.
A queue narrows your order list to a subset, for example, orders from one store, a specific courier service level, or a particular tag. Your Shippit admin sets up queues in your account settings. You can't create or edit queues from Pick & Pack.
On the queue screen, tap the Queue row
Select a queue from the list, or select All orders to clear the filter
The queue updates immediately to show only orders matching your selection
When your admin has set up at least one queue, you must select one before any orders appear. There's no default view across every store. The Store toggles in Settings lock automatically in this case, because the selected queue controls store scope instead.
Pull Mode and the active-picker count also use your selected queue, so you only see and claim orders from the same subset as your teammates.

August 2026 — 'Newest' sort order corrected
If your queue was showing oldest orders first when Newest was selected under Settings → Power Ups → Sort Priority, this has been fixed. The correction applies automatically when you open the app — you don't need to change your settings or re-apply the preference.
Go to Settings → Power Ups → Sort Priority
Tap Add dimension and choose your first criterion
Select a direction where applicable (e.g. Oldest or Newest)
Stack several dimensions; lower-ranked ones only apply when orders are tied on higher-ranked ones
Reorder rows to change the priority
Your changes apply immediately; the queue updates as you adjust the priority


Sort priority applies within your selected queue, or within all orders, if you haven't selected one. Your sort preference is saved per user on your device. It doesn't sync across devices, so set it on each device you pick from.
Set Priority 1 to Carrier A–Z and Priority 2 to Oldest. This groups all orders for the same carrier together, then processes the longest-waiting first within each carrier group.
If no sort priority is configured, the queue defaults to Oldest, oldest first.
