Manually Sync Orders to Shippit

Log into BigCommerce

  • Go to Apps

  • Shippit

  • Order Sync History

  • Import Orders

Once here you are able to select if you want to import orders via an order number or the date orders were created on

Shopify

There are two ways for a merchant to manually sync an order to Shippit.

  • Go to Orders

  • Select order

  • Actions

  • Send to Shippit

  • Go to Apps

  • Select the Shippit application

  • Order Sync History

  • Blue drop down arrow

  • Sync

Magento 1

  • Go to Sales

  • Order

  • click the tickbox on the left of the order

  • Actions

  • Send to Shippit>Submit

  • Sync Now

  • Submit
