This year we've consolidated our historical shipping data, with carrier delivery ETAs, in conjunction with our research on current market trends, to provide you with this year's recommended shipping cut-off dates across key regions.
Key public holidays for this peak Dec 2023 - Jan 2024:
Christmas Day - Mon 25th December
Boxing Day - Tuesday 26th December
New Year's Day - Monday 1st January
Key closure dates this Dec 2023 - Jan 2024:
Both Shippit & our partnered carriers will be closed for all local public holidays between Dec 2023 & Jan 2024
Limited customer support teams will be available for pickup & delivery support between 27th - 29th Dec 2023
Shippit platform support will remain available for urgent/critical issues and as per your contractual agreement
Pickup between 27th to 29th Dec will be limited and delays may be experienced over this period, as each carrier's operating hours will vary slightly
SEKO Logistics:
SEKO Logistics will not be collecting orders from the 23rd of December, resuming on the 26th, and closed again from the 30th of December until the 1st of January inclusive
Allied Express:
Allied Express will be not be operational on public holidays. On all other days the following opening hours apply:
