Suspending or Cancelling Your Subscription

Please ensure you follow these steps if you choose to cancel your account with Shippit:

  • Contact your account manager first as they may be able to suggest alternatives if something is not working
  • Contact our support team asap hello@shippit.com to request your account be suspended/cancelled. 
  • NOTE: your subscription may be suspended/cancelled however charges depend on your current billing cycle. Changes only apply to future charges.
