Where is my parcel?

Delivery times across Australia do vary. We provide an estimated time of arrival for every parcel which is based on the time it takes our carriers to deliver your item from the time it is collected. This means your parcel has moved into "In Transit" status.

 

Please note that this does not include packing time as this varies based on the practices of the store you purchased your item from.

 

Whilst our carriers aim to deliver items within 1-4 business days within metro cities and regional hubs, deliveries to Perth & Tasmania can take up to 7 business days while some regional areas can take even longer. All of our ETA's only include business days so if an order goes over a weekend it may take longer.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected date, firstly we suggest contacting the courier directly. You can track the parcels movements on the courier's website or try giving them a quick call.
