My parcel arrived broken or incomplete?

Broken or damaged Goods?

If your parcel has arrived damaged or appears tampered with, please inform the store you purchased the item from immediately as they will need to recommend the best course of action to ensure you get what you paid for.

 

If you believe this was the result of mishandling, please ensure you follow these steps:

  • take clear pictures of the label and damage
  • set the goods aside as the driver will return to inspect the damage
  • contact the sender within 24 hours to advise of the damage. Very Important! Technically if goods are signed for you've accepted them in good order so if you open your parcel to a 'not-so-nice' surprise, let them know immediately!
  • let us know by clicking the rating link we send out via email after the completion of every delivery

Incomplete order or something missing?

If the parcel has not been tampered with and your order is incomplete, contact the sender right away.

Shippit act solely as the booking agent and are not responsible for packaging or dispatching your parcel so we truly have no clue what's inside.
