How do I track my parcel?

It's so easy to track your parcel with Shippit.

When your parcel was sent for delivery, you will have received an email from us with a link to track your delivery. Accessing tracking is really easy, from a mobile or your computer, simply click the big blue "Track & Manage" button in the email. This will open the right tracking page in your Internet browser.

 

No email?

No problem. Simply click on the "Track" link on Shippit and enter the email address you used at the checkout when you purchased the item being delivered. This will display your latest delivery information - simple.

Try calling the courier directly, they can provide you with more information surrounding your delivery. Shippit are simply the middle man so it's quicker to call the courier directly.

If you still can't find your delivery, please contact the store you made your purchase from as they may have sent you a tracking link in a different form of communication.
