Integrating your DHL Express account with Shippit

Using Shippit, you can book and generate labels for consignments within your own DHL Express account. Our system has a complete integration with DHL Express that allows us to send pickup requests and use paperless trade.

In order to take advantage of your own account and rates within Shippit, please use this form to reach out to DHL's integration support team. Fill in all fields to the best of your ability and make sure to note that you are integrating with Shippit.

Alternatively, you can contact your account manager and notify them that you would like to integrate your account with Shippit. Your DHL account manager will connect you with DHL's customer facing IT team, who will then pass relevant details to our Customer Success team.

After being notified of your integration request by DHL, our team will reach out to confirm your details and enable DHL Express within your account.
