What's changed
Our partnered carrier InXpress has advised they will be increasing the price for all areas of domestic and international services effective from 18 February 2023.
Why it's changing
Price increases reflect and contribute to:
- The increase in DHL rates directly
- The increase in cost across InXpress’s business operations
- Contribute to improving InXpress’s network facilities and tools in order to maintain their high level of service
Base Price Increase
Effective 18 February 2023, an approximate increase of 10% in freight charges for deliveries across all pricing zones.
It will apply to both domestic and international services.
