If you have any Issues or Concerns regarding the behaviour or performance of a particular driver, please let us know so we can discuss it with our partnered carriers and make sure it doesn't continue to happen. Sharing as much detail as possible in an objective manner is really helpful in ensuring a swift resolution.
So how do you lodge a driver complaint?
Received a delivery?
- Please check your emails. You would have received a 'Rate your delivery' email and can leave feedback with Shippit here. This will also go directly to the sender to inform them of your experience.
Sent a delivery?
- Please share your feedback with the Shippit team so we can step in to make sure it doesn't happen again!
