If you have missed a delivery attempt, we should have already notified you via email and/or SMS. This email contains important instructions about how to collect your parcel or schedule a re-delivery to a location or time that suits you.


My package wasn't left at my address

Carriers are instructed to get a signature unless you've provided authority to leave (ATL). Although the driver will do their best, please note that it isn't always safe to leave goods (i.e. if you live in a unit block or on the main street).


Arranging a redelivery

The fastest way to arrange a redelivery or locate the collection point is to contact the carrier directly. You can find both the carrier's contact line and your delivery's Job ID on the tracking page for your package. Carriers will typically arrange re-delivery starting from the next business day onward.

  • I was home and the driver made no attempt to knock or ring the door bell. Absolutely annoyed at this.

  • I had the front door open the screen door closed i had NO ONE knock to tell me i have a delivery!
