Any changes to orders can be can be modified or cancelled on the New Orders page.
Once you have navigated to the New Orders page, click the blue drop-down menu on the order you would like to change. Click Modify.
From here, you can easily modify any details about the order including your pickup address, the recipient's name, phone number, delivery address and any special instructions (including the authority to leave a parcel at the recipient's address)
