Adding another user to your account is simple and easy. Multiple users can be added to every Shippit account, and users associated with multiple accounts will see orders for all associated stores. Please note that all users have full access to their Shippit account and no access limitations exist.
To get started, navigate to the Settings page.
Drill into Users and click + Add User. Add your new user's first and last name, contact number, email address and password. Confirm the new password and click Update.
Please note that the new user will receive an email requiring they confirm their account from firstname.lastname@example.org, if they haven't received this, when logging in, you can select Didn't receive confirmation instructions? option and follow those steps to have it sent again.
Using multiple stores?
If you are using multiple Shippit stores for different brands or businesses, add the same user email to each store using the procedure above. This will enable you to see orders from all associated stores on the same screen, as shown below:
