Updating your Billing Details

All Shippit merchants must have valid billing details added within their account in order to book consignments, integrate their eCommerce platform and generate a Shippit API Key.

In order to update your billing details, log into your Shippit account, click on the drop down arrow  at the top right-hand corner of the screen, drill into Billing Details, enter your credit card details and click Update. Your billing details are now saved within Shippit.

Please note: A $1 charge may be added to your account once you have entered your details. This is a simple verification charge and will be refunded automatically.
