When any delivery booked through Shippit is completed by a carrier, your customer will receive a completion email that also requests a rating for their delivery.
You can see these ratings by proceeding to the top right-hand corner of your screen, clicking the drop-down menu and then drilling into Reporting.
Detailed rating breakdowns are available by clicking Satisfaction in the reporting page, and you can also review comments made by your customers along with the carrier that they rated for their delivery.
How do you calculate my satisfaction rating?
Satisfaction percentage is the percentage of satisfied deliveries out of your total deliveries made. We consider any delivery that is unrated or rated Awesome! to be a satisfied delivery.
