These orders can be tricky however we monitor Priority orders regularly and will notify you of any issues we encounter to ensure smooth and FAST delivery for your customer!
If an order requires a docks booking for pickup/delivery, we will need to book a time slot for the driver to access the docks which may alter the time of delivery.
Currently, Shippit will contact you directly when we identify these orders and advise of any changes to the delivery ETA and/or costing of the delivery charge.
