How to manually fulfill an order

 

 

When an order is booked on Shippit, we send all the order information back to your eCommerce site and match it to the order reference number

You are able to fulfill an order or attempt to re-fulfill and order ONLY if it appears within our Shippit Connect App.

BigCommerce 

Log into BigCommerce

  • Go to Apps
  • Shippit
  • Order Fulfil History
  • Find the order, click the blue drop-down arrow then Sync

Log into your Shopify account

  • Go to Apps
  • Fulfilment History
  • Blue drop-down arrow>Sync

Magento 1

Currently, there isn't a way to manually send the fulfillment data for an order for Magento.
