It's rare that a parcel is returned to sender without there being an issue with the delivery address itself or at least one or two delivery attempts.
Our delay avoidance technology keeps deliveries on track so you don’t have to. We would normally intercept an issue before this happens, but in some cases, deliveries can fall through the cracks.
As we're the delivery booking agent and not actually dispatching your order itself, we don't actually have any access to your order so we're unable to issue replacements or refunds.
