How to raise a issue/bug with Shippit

Having technical issues? It's frustrating, we understand but we're here to help where possible.

The quickest way to report an issue is via Livechat. This can be found in the bottom right-hand side of the Shippit website 



Our Support Team are online between 8.30-5pm to assist if urgent.

If we believe your issue is with our application or there's a larger root cause we may require temporary access to the backend of your website to better troubleshoot the issue.

Please be advised Shippits technical support team or developers will never adjust any settings on your website without permission to do so first, and even then we will always advise you what will need to be changed, how to change it and what the changes will do.

Shippit Debug log - (located "var/log/shippit.log" or “var/log/shippit_shipping.log”)

The Shippit debug logs are only available if you are using Magento or WooCommerce
