Modify an order
Any changes to orders can be can be modified or cancelled on the New Orders page.
- from the New Orders page, click the blue drop-down menu on the order you would like to change. Click Modify.
- From here, you can easily modify any details about the order including your pickup address, the recipient's name, phone number, delivery address and any special instructions (including the authority to leave a parcel at the recipient's address)
Cancel a label or delivery
- locate the order in NEW ORDERS and hit Cancel Delivery
Deleting an order
- simply select the order, and click the blue Delete button to remove the order.
Canceling an order after it has been booked
Orders can still be canceled once booked as long as they haven't had the first scan event or haven't been marked as 'in transit'
