If you would prefer to use your own negotiated rates with Toll IPEC, please email configuration@shippit.com and provide the following information. Shippit will contact Toll on your behalf to setup your rates.
NOTE: If your subscription plan has assigned an account manager to you, please send the below details to them directly.
- Shippit Store Name - The name of your merchant account
- Road Express or Direct (B2C) - The Toll service you have (we can only configure either one of these services per store and not both at the same time)
- Toll IPEC Account number - The billing account number given to you by Toll
- Dangerous Goods - Are you Shipping any dangerous goods? yes/no
- Toll Account Manager - Name and email address of your Toll Account Manager
Upon submission of complete information enumerated above, configuration may take 3 to 5 days and depending on (1) how quickly the carrier can finish the configuration on their end and (2) how quickly you can check and approve the built rate card.
