DHL eCommerce is BYO only. Shippit currently allows you to connect your DHL eCommerce account to Shippit.

You would need to contact DHL eCommerce’s IT Team and notify them that you would like to integrate your account with Shippit. DHL’s IT team would then pass the relevant details to our team. 

Before contacting DHL’s eCommerce IT team, please make sure that you have your account number handy. Send an email to this email address, ci-ecomteam.au@dhl.com and advise the team that you would like to integrate your account with Shippit.

Upon submission of complete information enumerated above, configuration may take 1 to 3 days and depending on how quickly you can check and approve the built rate card.

Q: What happens if Shippit don't upload my rates?

A: Shippits’ intelligent sortation algorithm sorts based on multiple factors, including serviceability, speed and cost - not a generalised rule. If we cannot pull an accurate quote based on the weight of your parcel, our algorithm cannot correctly allocate your parcels to DHL eCommerce. If you have any questions about this process or encounter any issues, reach out to us via Live Chat, or email us so one of our friendly support staff can get back to you.

 

Q: Does Shippit support all DHL rate codes?

A: At the moment, we only support PKD, PLD, PPS and PLE.
