Usually, a driver will attempt redelivery at least once before returning a parcel to the depot.
If a driver is asked to attempt another delivery to the same address, or deliver to a new address, this will come at an additional charge.
Redelivery and/or redirection needs to be booked online only which costs $5.50 https://www.fastway.com.au/services/calling-card-left/#/Store
A new label is required for all redeliveries and redirections, this cost will vary depending on the location.
