What’s the impact?
Unfortunately, this means the Shippit platform will be temporarily unavailable for up to 45 minutes (most likely 15 minutes) while we upgrade the platform.
Merchants will not be able to login and use the Shippit platform, or access the Shippit API during this time. Live shipping quotes will also not be displayed in your shopping cart - this will default to internal quotes if this has been set up.We appreciate your understanding as we make Shippit even more reliable.
