On Monday, 3rd February, Toll has shut down some of its services, including the ability to request new bookings, after a cyber security breach. Rest assured, no Shippit customer data has been compromised, however as a precautionary measure, we will be switching off Toll from all Shippit services until more information comes to light.
Toll are investigating the root cause to resolve the issue so you can expect several Toll customer-facing applications to be impacted as a result. Their immediate priority is to resume services to impacted customers as soon as possible.

3/03/2020 UPDATE: After weeks of extensive testing, Toll announced their systems are back up and running. Shippit has now re-enabled access to switch Toll back on in your account, should you choose to do so. Once logged in, simply navigate to Settings > Carriers > Toll IPEC Road Express.
