Monday, 23 March 2020 - Contactless Delivery Update.
- Neway has advised on a change to their delivery process until further notice. Their delivery drivers are now required to leave goods as per the below.
Whilst we are all well aware of the unprecedented situation that COVID -19 has placed us in, I want to assure you all that we’ll be working extra hard to support all of our Drivers, Clients and their Customers.
At Neway, we are making sure we adopt all best practice guidelines to ensure the safety of all employees and customers.
To that effect, Neway Drivers and offsiders will only deliver to the front door or garage and will no longer be able to position and unpack within a home.
