With a surge in online bookings due to the Covid-19 lockdowns, we have seen disruptions across our entire partnered carrier network.

We're currently seeing a 1-3 day delay in transit times in most areas and as such, we have implemented a banner both in App and across all tracking pages to better align customer expectations.

Sending a package?

We recommend using express or priority carriers wherever possible for deliveries with specific arrival dates.

Receiving a package?

Our partnered carriers are working through these operational challenges as best and we kindly ask that you allow an extra 3 days before raising a delayed delivery query with our support team.
