Streamlining How Your Customers Get Help on Their Deliveries
To enable better delivery experiences, we’ve created a Delivery Support Launcher to help your customers quickly raise a support request from their Track page. As our team work hard on building this, we’ll be introducing the Support Launcher in stages.
This is currently only available for deliveries booked on Shippit's rates and for Standard and Express deliveries - not Same Day. Our first release will enable your customers to get help on a delayed delivery in just 2 clicks from the Track page.
How it Works
At the bottom of the track page, your customers can now see a button to get help on the delivery. Once clicked, a pop-up will appear with instructions allowing them to confirm their request.
Once confirmed, they'll see the below confirmation page. Our team will then reach out via email with an update or to continue the conversation.
In the coming weeks, customers will be able to use the Delivery Support Launcher to instantly submit a support request on damaged, incomplete and missing deliveries, as well as redeliveries. Stay tuned for updates!
