Scheduled Maintenance | Migration of Shippit's Integrations to Google Cloud Platform

As part of our ongoing work to improve the performance of Shippit's integrations, we'll be undertaking scheduled maintenance to improve our hosting infrastructure this 11 July 2021, from 01:00am to 04:00am (AEST). This will enable greater stability to ensure you can keep shipping uninterrupted throughout this peak season and beyond. 

What does this mean for you?

Services supported by Shippit's integrations including, live quoting, order syncing, shipment syncing, labelling and booking will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance period.

Magento 2 (Only the Returns service will be impacted)

Following the scheduled maintenance period, if you notice any issues related to live quoting, order syncing, shipment syncing, labelling and booking, please reach out to our Support Team.

If you use a filtering tool, please ensure Shippit's latest IP addresses are whitelisted

If you use any filtering tools, such as firewalls, rate limiters or bot protection appliances, please ensure our latest IP addresses are whitelisted. These IP addresses were introduced in November 2020. To learn more, click here

Which integrations are not impacted?

Merchants that integrate with Shippit directly with our API through a custom implementation or using WooCommerce and Magento 1 are not affected by this scheduled maintenance period.
