If you have received an invoice for additional charges for TNT services on 18th June 2021 for the month of April 2021, please be advised that the invoice description may not be displaying the type of surcharges comprehensively due to a system issue.

As a result, you may notice the amounts on your invoice only displayed weight information without the type of TNT surcharges.

The additional charges / surcharges are correct and complete, only the invoice description is not complete.
