As this is a requirement of final mile carriers, moving forward if you are not providing dimensions with your consignment data sent to SEKO, you will be charged a surcharge by Shippit and notified to amend your processes to comply with the requirement.
Carriers will be applying a NZD6 surcharge on any parcel that they receive without the required package dimensions beginning from the 22nd of August. This fee will be passed onto the sender (client) on every occasion.
