🎉 What's New 🎉

This March, we celebrated the start of a new era of retail and the launch of a brand new Shippit. And that wasn't all, we've also been busy enhancing our tools and services to help you ship better. Here’s what we launched:
  • A new integration into Fastway’s latest myFastway API
  • A brand new look to our email delivery notifications
  • Switch SMS notifications on/off directly from your settings


Shipping and delivery

​​​​​Aramex: new Fastway integration

Available for Australia only
​​​​​​As Fastway transitions toward its future myFastway API suite, which will replace its current solution and provide merchants access to future enhancements; our newly built integration will help you easily make the switch. To reflect Fastway’s rebrand to Aramex, our new integration will be available in Shippit as ‘Aramex AU NZ’. Aramex’s branding will also be visible in our platform, track page and labels.

This is currently only available to merchants shipping with Fastway using their own account. For instructions on how to migrate to the new Aramex integration, check out our help centre article below.

Post-purchase experiences

​​​​​Email delivery notifications: a brand new look

We’ve updated our email delivery notifications to incorporate our latest design language so we can continue helping you share the ultimate post-purchase experiences. A new, structured layout makes it easier for your customers to see important delivery information at a glance. And for clearer, consistent communications, we’ve refined the text in each of our delivery notifications. We've kept the messaging concise but friendly from the subject to the email body, so your customers have the right amount of information they need.

Switch SMS notifications on/off

You can now control whether you’d like us to send SMS delivery notifications to your recipients directly from your settings. To choose which notifications are sent at each delivery stage, contact our support team.
