How to share feedback about Pick & Pack

Your feedback goes directly to the Shippit product team and helps shape how Pick & Pack improves. There are two ways to share it.

After completing an order

A feedback prompt appears automatically after every 12 completed orders. It won't interrupt your workflow — it shows at the natural end of an order cycle.

1. Complete an order as normal

2. A star rating prompt appears on the completion screen

3. Tap a star to rate (1–5)

4. Ratings of 4–5 stars submit immediately

5. Ratings of 1–3 stars reveal an optional comments field — share any detail that would be helpful

6. Tap Submit

Any time from Settings

You can share feedback at any time — no need to wait for the prompt.

1. Go to Settings → Account → Give feedback

2. Tap your star rating

3. Add an optional comment (up to 280 characters)

4. Tap Submit

All feedback is sent to the Shippit product team tagged with your current workflow mode. You won't receive a direct reply, but every submission is reviewed.
