Generating and printing your shipping label

Updated 2 months ago
Once all items are verified, enter the parcel details to generate your shipping label. ## How to generate a label 1. Verify all items in the order (scan or tap **[+]** to confirm each one) 2. Enter the parcel dimensions — length, width, and height — and weight 3. Review the **Allocated Carrier** card — this updates automatically based on your dimensions and Shippit's routing rules 4. Tap **Generate Label** 5. The label is sent to your configured printer, or opens as a PDF in your device's viewer if no printer is set ## Printing your label Pick & Pack can print to AirPrint-compatible printers and Zebra label printers over Wi-Fi. Configure your printer in **Settings → Devices → Printer**. If your printer is unavailable, tap **View Label** to open the PDF on your device and print from there. The carrier quote updates immediately when you change parcel dimensions. There is no need to manually refresh. ## Parcel presets If you use standard box sizes, you can save them as parcel presets in Shippit. Saved presets appear as a quick-select option on the pack screen, so you don't need to re-enter dimensions for your most common box sizes. Presets are created and managed in your Shippit account. See [Rules for Packaging Presets](https://support.shippit.com/en/articles/8942193-rules-for-packaging-presets) in the Shippit Help Centre for instructions on setting them up.
