Requiring a photo after picking

Updated 2 months ago
You can require operators to take a photo of picked items before an order is confirmed as picked. This creates a visual record of what left the shelf — useful for high-value goods, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. ## Enabling the setting 1. Go to **Settings → Pick → Require photo of picked items** 2. Toggle the setting on The setting takes effect immediately for new orders. It defaults to off. ## How photo capture works during picking 1. Pick all items as normal 2. After the last item is confirmed, the photo capture screen opens automatically 3. Point the camera at the picked items and tap **Take Photo** 4. Take up to 10 photos 5. Tap **Confirm & Continue** — the photos are saved and the order is marked as picked ## Managing photos * Tap a thumbnail to view it full-size * Tap **×** on a thumbnail to delete it and retake * **Confirm & Continue** is disabled until at least one photo is saved * Maximum 10 photos per pick If you close the photo screen without taking a photo, you are returned to the pick screen. The order stays unconfirmed until at least one photo is captured.
