SEA Carrier Service Updates

National and public holidays in each country may impact Southeast Asia (SEA) carrier operations, potentially causing delays in shipment deliveries.

To help avoid these delays, we recommend placing orders at least 2 business days before the upcoming holidays listed below.

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS:

All cut-off dates exclude weekends and represent the last business day by which shipments should be processed to minimize delays caused by public holidays.

Across the Gulf region and beyond, Aramex teams are working around the clock to keep shipments moving — rerouting where needed, adapting to changing conditions, and staying ahead of operational challenges.

To maintain service continuity, three key actions have been implemented:

• Alternative routing solutions were activated across all affected cross-border corridors

• 24/7 coordination with carriers and network partners

• Proactive contingency planning to address potential disruptions before they result in delays

While some deliveries may still experience delays, Aramex is making every effort to minimise the impact of the current situation and ensure shipments continue to move through the network.
