Setting up your account

Getting started takes just a few minutes. All you need is your Shippit login — no API keys or manual configuration required. ## Step 1: Download and open Pick & Pack Download Pick & Pack from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and open it on your device. ## Step 2: Sign in with Shippit 1. On the login screen, tap **Sign in with Shippit** 2. You'll be redirected to Shippit to sign in securely 3. Enter your Shippit username and password 4. Once authenticated, you'll be returned to Pick & Pack automatically Pick & Pack uses secure OAuth sign-in — your password is never stored in the app. ## Step 3: Complete the setup wizard The setup wizard runs the first time you log in. To re-run the wizard with your current settings pre-filled, go to **Settings → "Optimise your setup"**. **Important:** Pick & Pack only shows orders that arrive after you sign in. Historical orders will not appear in the queue.
