Setting up your account

Getting started takes just a few minutes. All you need is your Shippit login — no API keys or manual configuration required.

Step 1: Download and open Pick & Pack

Download Pick & Pack from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and open it on your device.

Step 2: Sign in with Shippit

1. On the login screen, tap Sign in with Shippit

2. You'll be redirected to Shippit to sign in securely

3. Enter your Shippit username and password

4. Once authenticated, you'll be returned to Pick & Pack automatically

Pick & Pack uses secure OAuth sign-in — your password is never stored in the app.

Step 3: Complete the setup wizard

The setup wizard runs the first time you log in. The steps you see depend on your workflow:

You can update any of these settings later. To re-run the wizard with your current settings pre-filled, go to Settings → "Optimise your setup".

Important: Pick & Pack only shows orders that arrive after you sign in. Historical orders will not appear in the queue.
