Using Pull Mode

Updated 2 months ago
Pull Mode automatically assigns orders to you one at a time, so you never have to browse the queue or worry about two pickers claiming the same order. When Pull Mode is on, the Pull Mode screen replaces the queue as your starting point. Tap **Start Next Order** and the app assigns the next available order to you. Pick it, come back, tap again — the cycle repeats. ## When to use Pull Mode Pull Mode works best when multiple people are picking at the same time. Without it, two pickers could tap the same order from the queue simultaneously. Pull Mode prevents this by assigning orders exclusively — each order goes to exactly one picker. For solo pickers, the standard queue works just as well. ## How to enable Pull Mode 1. Go to **Settings → Power Ups → Pull Mode** 2. Toggle Pull Mode on 3. The Pull Mode screen becomes your home screen the next time you return to the queue Pull Mode is available in Pick & Pack and Picker workflow modes. It is not available in Packer mode. ## Using the Pull Mode screen 1. From the Pull Mode screen, tap **Start Next Order** 2. The app assigns the next available order and takes you directly to the pick screen 3. Pick the order as normal 4. When complete, you're returned to the Pull Mode screen ready for the next one If the assignment fails (for example, if the order was just claimed by another picker), the app retries automatically and shows a notification. Tap **Browse queue instead** at any time to switch back to the manual queue view. ## Disabling Pull Mode Go to **Settings → Power Ups → Pull Mode** and toggle it off. The standard queue becomes your home screen again immediately.
