Item to parcel mapping

Item to Parcel Mapping lets you track exactly which items go into each parcel when packing a multi-parcel order. This creates a precise record of parcel contents — useful for split shipments, high-value goods, and resolving customer queries about missing items. Item to Parcel Mapping is on by default. ## How it works When packing an order with multiple parcels, items appear in an _Unassigned_ section on the pack screen. Before you can confirm the order, each item must be assigned to a parcel. 1. Verify items as normal by scanning or tapping **[+]** 2. Tap or drag each item in the _Unassigned_ section into the relevant parcel card 3. Once all items are assigned, confirm and generate the label as normal ## Enabling and disabling Go to **Settings → Pack → Item to Parcel Mapping** and toggle the setting on or off. The change takes effect for new orders immediately. Item to Parcel Mapping only affects orders being packed into multiple parcels. Single-parcel orders are not affected.
