Sending Overseas: Services to Iran and Israel remain suspended. Delays continue to impact shipments destined for Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia.
Receiving from Overseas: No significant delays are currently impacting parcel deliveries.
Services to the following European Union destinations are temporarily suspended: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Cyprus, Czechia, the Netherlands, Malta, and Spain. Learn more.

Due to the Matariki public holiday, there will be no nationwide pickups or deliveries on Friday, 10 July.
Overnight parcels dispatched on Thursday, 9 July and ticketed for Saturday delivery will be processed for delivery on Saturday, 11 July.
Overnight parcels not ticketed for Saturday delivery will be processed from Monday, 13 July.
Economy parcels dispatched on Thursday, 9 July, will be processed for delivery from Tuesday, 14 July.
Perishable shipments lodged on Wednesday, 8 July, are targeted for delivery on Thursday, 9 July, before the public holiday.
Their Customer Care Centre phone line will be closed on Friday, 10 July, in observance of Matariki. Customers may continue to submit enquiries online during this period. Normal operating hours will resume at 8:00 AM on Monday, 13 July.
New guidelines now apply for shipments to the United States and Puerto Rico. With the removal of the duty-free threshold, all items are now subject to duties and taxes.
