There are currently no significant delays in the network

International delivery updates

Sending Overseas: Services to Iran and Israel remain suspended. Delays continue to impact shipments destined for Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia.

Receiving from Overseas: No significant delays are currently impacting parcel deliveries.

EU Business Shipments: From 13 August 2026, Economy and Courier services will resume to selected EU destinations for business shipments, excluding Austria. Learn more.

Upcoming Public Holidays Delivery Schedule

Hawke’s Bay Anniversary Day – Friday, 23 October 2026

• Mail, rural, economy, and courier delivery services operate on a different schedule.

• Rural services do not operate from 23–26 October, while mail services do not operate on 23, 25, and 26 October.

• Courier parcels sent Thursday, 22 October are targeted for delivery on the next working day.

• Inter-island Courier Economy parcels are targeted for delivery 2–3 working days after collection.

• Perishables need to be sent by Wednesday, 21 October for delivery before the holiday. Items sent on 22 October need Saturday delivery ticketing; otherwise, delivery moves to Tuesday, 27 October.

• Rural and dangerous-goods shipments should allow an additional 3 working days.

Labour Day – Monday, 26 October 2026

• Mail, rural, economy, and courier services operate on a different schedule, with rural services not operating on 24–26 October.

• Courier parcels sent Friday, 23 October, and ticketed for Saturday delivery will be processed for delivery on Saturday, 24 October.

• Courier parcels not ticketed for Saturday delivery will be processed for delivery from Tuesday, 27 October.

• Inter-island Courier Economy parcels are targeted for delivery 2–3 working days after collection.

• PO Box lobbies will be closed Monday, 26 October.

• Perishables sent Friday, 23 October must be ticketed for Saturday delivery to arrive by Saturday, 24 October; otherwise, delivery will be Tuesday, 27 October.

US and US territories sending restrictions

New guidelines now apply for shipments to the United States and Puerto Rico. With the removal of the duty-free threshold, all items are now subject to duties and taxes.
