Check that your printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device
Go to Settings → Devices → Printer and confirm your printer is selected
Tap View Label to open the PDF on your device and print manually
Pick & Pack supports two printer methods, chosen in Settings → Devices → Printer: Native (AirPrint on iOS / Android Print) and Zebra (Zebra Direct over Wi-Fi). For Native, make sure your printer supports AirPrint or Android Print and is on the same Wi-Fi network as your device. For Zebra, make sure the printer is on the same network and tap to find it, or enter its IP address. If nothing appears, try toggling Wi-Fi off and on on your device.
Update Pick & Pack to the latest version. Tapping View Label now opens the label in your device's native PDF viewer.
The allocated carrier updates automatically when you change parcel dimensions. If it doesn't update, tap out of the dimension fields to trigger a refresh, then check your network connection.
If your photos didn't upload successfully, an error message appears on the photo screen. Retry from the same screen — your photos are preserved and you don't need to retake them.
If a packslip fails to print — at Print packslip & continue or when you tap Print packslip on the pick screen — Pick & Pack shows a Packslip didn't print message with the printer name and the reason for the failure.
Tap Retry to try printing again on the same printer
Tap Proceed without printing to continue without a packslip — print it later from the pick screen
Tap Cancel to stay where you are
To print or reprint a packslip after this step, tap Print packslip in the action bar on the pick screen.
