Setting up a Zebra scanner

Zebra TC-series scanners — including the TC22 and TC27 — are natively supported by Pick & Pack and configure automatically on first launch. No manual DataWedge setup is required. ## First launch on a Zebra device 1. Open Pick & Pack on your Zebra device 2. The app writes the Shippit PickPack DataWedge profile directly to the device 3. The scanner is ready to use immediately — no additional configuration needed ## What you'll see in Settings On Zebra devices, **Settings → Scanner → Zebra Integrated Scanner** shows the current DataWedge profile status (active, disabled, or not configured). Use the **Configure Scanner** or **Reconfigure** button if needed, and the live HID test to confirm the scanner is reading correctly. The Bluetooth RF Scanner row is hidden on Zebra devices to keep things simple. If your Zebra scanner is not being detected after launch, close and reopen the app. The DataWedge profile is written on every cold start. ## Compatible Zebra devices Auto-configuration has been confirmed on the Zebra TC22 and TC27. Other TC-series devices running a compatible DataWedge version should also configure automatically.
