My orders aren't syncing to Shippit
This can happen for a few different reasons. Check these things first:
The API key shown in both Neto and Shippit match.
You have copied the webhook URL from the Orders tab in your Neto integration settings, not the tracking webhook.
The webhook URL is populated in your Neto integration settings in Shippit.
The right carrier services are activated in Carrier settings in Shippit
The order doesn't show a status of Skipped or Failed.
Tracking updates are not coming through
You need to enable tracking updates for orders booked through Shippit. If you aren't receiving them, check your fulfilment settings in your Shippit account. For more information, see the fulfil orders from Shippit procedure in this article. If they are enabled, check your webhook URL in Integration settings in Shippit.
