Domestic delivery updates

There will be unplanned maintenance at the Auckland Operations Centre starting from Wednesday evening, February 7th. This maintenance work will cause a delay of 1-2 working days for some parcels travelling to and from Auckland. As a result, this may affect parcel deliveries nationwide.

Auckland Anniversary Day is a public holiday that is scheduled to take place on Monday 29th January 2024. As a result, the branch will remain closed on that day, and Auckland will have no collection or delivery services.

Moreover, the PBT branches below will be closed on Monday 29th January 2024 due to their respective region's Anniversary Day Holidays.
