🚚 Shippit tracks carrier networks and delivery performance for millions of shipments each week. We are seeing delays across Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory.

Overall Performance

  • With the help of our Shipping Gurus, our retailers are experiencing fast collections with 94% of collections being made on time & 98% within 2 business days.

  • Domestically 92% of orders are being delivered on time, 98% of orders are delivered within +3 days.

  • With 95% of OnDemand orders delivered on time, these services are currently the best performing domestically.

  • With Priority services being the service of choice over peak, these services are still playing catch up with 75% of orders delivered on time i.e sameday or within timeslot window.

  • Internationally 82% of orders are currently delivered on time however performance is slowly improving week on week.

  • Domestically, a package currently spends 2.5 days in transit on average. The average days spent in transit internationally ex AU is 5 days.

🚚 Delivered On Time

  • Domestically the average delivery performance is catching up pretty well after peak with most states above 90% delivered on time. However, we are still seeing delays with freight moving through WA, SA and NT.

🌎International Performance

  • New Zealand delivery performance is lower than average at 88% however the average days in transit is still impressive at just under 2 days.

  • Singapore performance is trending well with 95% of orders delivered on time, 1 day transit time domestically, and an average of 4.8 days internationally.

🚨Carrier Service Announcements

  • Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending items to Canada, because of ongoing strike action. Quoting will be temporarily disabled for Australia Post from 06/12/2024 until normal services are restored. For more information, see the Australia Post website.
